Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is in its original condition with all brand labels intact.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
